1) Install uTorrent or other. You are can download from This page

2) Run, click to Options - Preferences and you will be see like this:

3) Choice your language and click to Directories

Choice folder for downloads (need disc with more free space)
Choice folder for torrent files (not need more free space)

4) Click to Connection and add your port
Add one of opened ports (need for modem users only) How to add ports you can read HERE

So, setting is done.

5) Open some of torrents sites and choice some of download, for example [url=http://www.picktorrent.com/download/3d/7497957/flatout-2-most-wanted-rus-[2009].iso/]FO2: MW[/url]
Click to Download This Torrent and you will be see looks like this:

click OK and download will started.

Torrents preparing space for downloads and files looking like downloaded but you are must wait till download be completet on 100%

When download be done on 100% your torrent be seeding (uploading this this file to other peoples), you will can using downloaded file.
