download a rims and put it to:

whith replace original ( i recomendate save original files from FlatOut 2\ data\ cars\ shared to other folder (copy/paste) )
and run game and check it

step 1 - download this rims and tires (punsh to Download it under pictures0 step 2 - unrar the downloaded files step 3 - copy files from this downloaded folders (step by step) step 4 - paste (whith replace original( windows will ask you - change? answer - yes) ) files to Data \ Cars \ Shared (Shared, need Shared folder ) step 5 - enjoy

but this is for XP.. for other OS need other unpacker. Hedgehog was write about this but on russian, try translate.
